where to Mounting slim HID ballast for fog lights?

For those of you who bought slim Hids, where is a good place to mount them? I i bought mine through DDM tuning. and the ballast come with only double sided tape.. No holes on the ballast. so i cant mount them using screws. I did however stick them to the metal inside the car using the double sided tape but when the engine gets hot, the ballast also get hot and cause it not to stick? I will appreciated if you guys post some pic of where and how you mount your ballast..ty.

Oh another thing..when you turn on your fog light (with HIDs) does it light up green and the slowly turning to a yellowish amber color? Is this normal for a 3000k temp.

i will update and post some video of the how my lights turn on and where i mounted the ballast.

Yes it is normal for hids to change color when turned on. It is them heating up.

I put the passanger side one under the battery tray with screws and the drivers one inside the inner fender well. Looks clean cant really see where they are unless you actually take the time to follow the wire.

We have a thread for this, please use it.

I mounted both my headlight and foglight ballasts on the bumper support using 3M molding tape. IMO, this is probably the best way to do it. There is enough room and they are well hidden. Wiring is also pretty easy from this spot.

Zip-tied around the bumper support. I didn't use slim ballasts, but you get the idea. You can't see them or the wiring at all with the hood closed if you put them there.
